Due to the nature of digital products they cannot be returned or refunded and are final sales. No digital product is refundable.

Due to the nature of digital products there are no refunds and are final sales. No digital product is refundable.

 

Products Returns & Exchanges

Product returns are not accepted due to one of a one-of-a-kind products, which means that all products are art-studio created, unique and produced per order. You are buying collectibles, one-of-a-kind art, unique and like no other, or without equal. Select item options best for you. There are no returns or exchanges. All sales are final except in the case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund may be issued.

 

This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. Delivery Damage however, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error our fulfillment center offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

 

Returns require authorization

Damage during transit must be reported to Londa Marks Studio within 12 hours after having received the package. Include clear photos with your email.

All returns require an assigned return number otherwise will not be accepted.
